Digimania Mondays – Fun Flights

Today was fun we did paper airplanes and we played airplane mini golf! -daisy

Today I had lots of fun , we played air plane mini golf.

This was the first kids club for the spring semester! Saw many familiar faces, and new ones too! Today we made planes and played cool games!!

Today in hall of science was really fun and exciting we also got to meet new friends and meet new explainers. I liked when we learned about many new flights. thats what i learned today in hall of science. But mostly i like when we played the golf with the airplanes. I CAN WAIT TO COME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!  sincerely melissa and janet =)

today we liked playing golf,well like playing golf only with airplanes. we went through holes 1-12 we were having fun flying our airplanes although some holes were really hard flying he airplanes through but at the same time i really had fun.I hope we do this again sometimes    =] 

Today we learned about gliders, and we learned the definition of flight. Flight is controlled takeoff and landing of a object.
EX:
-Airplanes
-Hot air balloons
-Helicopters
-Space Shuttles
-animals(birds, insects etc.)
Examples of things that don’t fly:
-Paper planes
-kites
-worms
-ball
-frisbee
-balloon

we learned today that diffrent airplanes have diffrent upward lift ,thrust, and drag, gravity is also a big part in the flight of airplanes  

Today it was great because we played Airplane MiniGolf  and also we made planes of paper.
